HOOOOOOWHoOOOOOOO................

Anyone's home sweet home?

Yesh, finally back with my honey boy from Temptation Island.
Well, we're both burnt, exhausted and simply happy.
4 whole days away from civilisation, away from quarrels, busy world and I guess reality.
It was a getaway for us to make up for the times we lost and of course making our relationship back on track.
So.... just a peek into our so called "honeymoon"
Day one:
Ferry was fine, at least no sea sick. Weather was awesome! Reached there with a long wait for our room. People simply didn't wanna check out early! Well, managed to walk around, have lunch at the restaurant which was pretty ex. We figured for the next few days: GOOD FREE BREAKFAST, NO LUNCH AND NICE DINNER! Budget holiday as you see. Checked into the room, I swear the bed was so inviting to sleep! Though we did... Night time, finding dinner and walk walk walk.. exploring around so that we could plan what's in for tommorrow. And yesh, my baby's favourite mode of entertainment in the room, the TV. So well, we caught the shows from Singapore! Haha! That's how pigs we were.

Day two:
Yummy breakfast! Full full full!! Long walks on the beach, waves hitting. Awesome time spent! Yesh, back to resort to swim! Finally! Spotted funny people, like gays and more gays! Is this the gays paradise? The sun was hot hot hot! Yesh, it roasted two pigs, one skinny one and a fat one. Think u can figure that out. We're burnt! Almost a whole day's of swimming and tanning! Hungry? Yesh.... of course! Dinner and free shuttle of other resorts. Funny how the rest of the places seem so deserted... and I mean deserted! Where did all the people go?As we explored the places, the people where disappearing. Freaky? Well, you haven't heard the freaky things I saw.

Day three:
Rain rain rain... Heavy rain which made us stay indoors for some pool and baby making fwenz to play table tennis. Well, as he got occupied, I walked around to shop for bubble bubble gummy! After which, we headed to the Kelong where the view was simply awesome! As we waited for the sun to go away, we had our afternoon nap! Yesh, sleep... the required leisure of Lala and her boy. Back for a swim in the late afternoon where we spotted a singapore actress and some perverted husband who's cameras that they always had to test around the pool while their wives are swimming away. Yesh, the perverted men and their cameras! BE AWARE!!! Headed back to the room for some TV and dinner! The dinner was a fantastic buffet which a band playing for each table. For those who wondered what was ours, listen to my blog song and you'll hear (although they did a better version).

Day four:
Good bye Bintan, back to Singapore.
Feel seasick.
Bad weather!
But.......
despite the short getaway with a budget.
It didn't matter whether we had a sea view, banana boat rides, good meals, maggie mee, hot milo, pool, sleep, TV, jet ski, tanning, swimming, shopping.....
IT wasn't about what we did.
IT was about how we spent it together as one.
IT was short yet simple.
IT was to know each other away from the real world and simply...
Cherishing each other more as we moved on.
IT made one realise how much love was shown,
how much we loved yet undiscovered till these days.
IT made me realise how much I took for granted,
those days I expected too much.
For now, IT made me trust my love and his,
to make our relationship move on to a higher level.
We overcomed the 10th month of quarrel which every couple would have.
and this is where we are now.
With stronger trust, a stronger love, and a stronger relationship.
and I thank God for that.....

To my baby.....
in every storm we shared these past months.
I wasn't swept away from the love you shown.
It made me see how far the future lies for us.
The future is created by fate and us.
By every promises and love we share,
I know we would make things right.
Thanks for letting me know you love me,
cause you know I do love you too...
yours always, the silent killer.

Someone told me long ago, there is a calm before the storm.

I know, it's been coming for some time.

When it is over, so they say,

it'll rain a sunny day.

I know, shining down like water.

I want to know, have you ever seen the rain?

I want to know, have you ever seen the rain?

Coming down on a sunny day?

Yesterday and days before,

sun is cold and rain is hard.

I know, been that way for all my time.

Till forever on it goes, through the circle, fast and slow,

I know, it can't stop, I wonder.

Creedence Clearwater Revival - "Have you ever seen the rain?"

Looking at the lyrics now, I think God planned events, songs and places for a reason. Don't ya think baby?
